Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.
Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will immediately be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Any customer who does not meet these criteria may be reimbursed and refund of the service concerned will be required less admin and processing fees.

The prices are indicated in dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order

We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

If you wish to place an Order for services available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.
Article 7: Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CLIENT AGREEMENTS
1. Bookings & Your sessions
1.1. All session bookings shall be arranged via official meeting invitations, with all agreed-upon session dates scheduled at the commencement of the program. To foster consistency and integration, sessions will recur on the same day and time each week unless otherwise mutually agreed.
1.2. Clients must provide a minimum of three (3) hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
1.3. Appointment cancellations require at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur a charge.
1.4. Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of fifty percent (50%) of the session fee.
1.5. Clients are permitted to reschedule a maximum of two (2) sessions per program without penalty. Additional rescheduling, particularly in patterns that affect program continuity, may be subject to a surcharge of twenty percent (20%) per session.
1.6. Sessions not used within the month they were scheduled may be forfeited or may incur a re-booking fee of twenty percent (20%) at the discretion of the provider.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
2. Payments
2.1. All payments must be made in full prior to the session or in accordance with the terms outlined in an agreed-upon payment plan.
2.2. By enrolling in any program, course, or package, the client enters into a binding agreement and is financially responsible for the total amount, regardless of whether they complete all scheduled sessions.
2.3. Clients who opt for a payment plan remain fully liable for the total program fee and agree to complete all payments as per the agreed schedule, even if they discontinue participation prior to completion of the program.
2.4. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are settled.
3.Refunds
3.1. All purchases and bookings are final and non-refundable.
3.2. Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind or perceived lack of results, as transformation is a co-creative process requiring client commitment.
3.3. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances and must be requested in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours before the commencement of a program or session. Any approved refunds will be subject to applicable administrative and transaction processing fees.
3.4. No refunds shall be granted for digital products, including courses, masterclasses, and downloads, due to the nature of instant access and intellectual property delivery.
4. Communication
4.1. Sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise specified. Official communication channels include email, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp.
4.2. Depending on your package/program clients may expect responses within 2–3 business hours. All other client queries will be responded to within one (1) business day.
4.3. Clients are encouraged to only use official channels for session coordination and administrative matters.
5. Non-Communication & No-Shows
5.1. Failure to communicate for more than seven (7) days without prior notice will be regarded as a no-show, and the missed session will be forfeited without refund.
5.2. A new session may be booked at prevailing single-session rates.
5.3. Non-communication for more than fourteen (14) days may result in suspension or termination of services, at the provider’s discretion, without refund.
6 Digital Access, File Delivery & Storage
6.1. For applicable programs or session types, relevant links or files (including session recordings or digital resources) will be delivered within three (3) business days following the session.
6.2. It is the client’s sole responsibility to download and securely store any files provided.
6.3. Due to the volume and file size of session recordings, video files may only be retained for six (6) months from the date of delivery. After this period, only audio files may be available.
6.4. The provider is not obligated to maintain or resend files after the retention period has elapsed.
7. Client Agreement
7.1. To confirm your booking and secure your dedicated session times, the Client Agreement must be signed and returned along with your payment. A copy will be made available to you with a completed signature from Fazila Bizior.
